Yay for good restaurants!

We went to the opening day of J & T Japanese Thai restaurant in Cornwall today.  It was awesome.  The sushi was really good and the prices were nice as well.  It was about $2 less than I thought it was going to be.  If I didn’t get the Sapporo it would have been around$20.

I want to go back and try some the ramen dishes and whatever else sounds good.

Next time, no Sapporo, just to cut back on the prices.

Dustin’s sushi order, he got 12 California rolls instead of 6 and 6 Alaskan rolls.  He was pleased.

Miso came with the meal.  It wasn’t too salty, which was nice.  The Gyoza was crispy and awesome.   The woman sitting behind was practically freaking out because she thought the gyoza they ordered was chicken and not vegetarian.  Overall she was very rude and difficult which is why we left a nice tip for their tip jar.

This was my awesome sushi meal.  The fish was so nice and fresh.  That plate cost $7.50.  And in my experience of sushi plates, its not too badly priced.

So if you are in Cornwall, and your looking for some good food, head to J & T Japanese Thai Restaurant at 208 Montreal Rd, Cornwall On.  It’ll be worth the money.

Definitely enjoyed the food and service. And the woman behind you was a complete bitch. She told the waitress her Gyoza was chicken when she ordered vegetable and the waitress came back and corrected her, stating the Gyoza WAS vegetable. Stupid bitch. The waitress handled it well though.

I have eaten at this restaurant 7 times since it opened. I have been so favorably impressed I will be taking 2 groups of guests here this week – one group from Kingston, and one from California – confident that the food will meet or exceed their and my expectations.
