Not that putting in numbers is dangerous but since everyone is there at 4 AM counting and a few of us remain until noon, personalities run a little wonky. Its amusing, yet troubling at the same time.
My first attempt at making onigiri and my first time working with short grain rice. I’d say not bad overall. They tasted good so I don’t really care.
I’m tired and I want a haircut. I don’t have much else to say.
